oh my friend! you are spectacular :dancing: im not working yet...still looking for job :reading:but the idea you are giving me are great! :idea: but my fiance says he doesn't want to make any plan until he has passport on hands. because we know we paid DOMEX he wants to be sure everything will be fine because he know me and how sensible i am...

so your fiance will come in august?

that is the month we are planing also mine will be here. June 6 will be 8 weeks :clock: we don't know what was more stressful if the waiting for the interview or this waiting...the RESULT OF TB :unsure:

I was saying.........

Just keep positive and know that the right career move will appear!! If you have resumes or a CV keep them with you all the time and you'll always be prepared.. "Luck" is as simple as "Preparation" meeting "Opportunity".... I call them blessings.. :yes:

You can always prepare for his arrival in small to medium ways... :D little projects keep you moving..lol and keep your mind off the waiting... Een if you only go out an "window shop" for the stuff to do, buy or get together... window shopping is free!! :lol:

But yeah no major moves until Visa en Manos!!

For us it was more stressful waiting for TB Results because we knew if it was positive it would set us back about 8 months.. so we had a lot of moments like :crying::girlwerewolf2xn::clock::cry::girlwerewolf2xn:

And Thank you!! Ooooh I just LOVE my new table!!! Last night I applied TWO coats of clear poly-acrylic sealer!! Tonight I will put one or two more and today my Fabric spray should be delivered so i can also paint the chairs cushions!! By next week I should have my whole dining room set done!! (see that ate up almost a WHOOLLLEEE MONTH!!) Without realizing it!!

When it's finished I'll post a pic for you to see the end result!! I also think I will send it to the guy who sold it to me and let him see my work!! :dancing:

So Excited to serve our first big meal on it after my Baby comes here to live with me!!! He says it's "SUPER Linda" and that he bets it so big we can put a whole pig on it.. lol

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

today is the fifth weeks for my fiance waiting for the TB RESULT....we are doing very good!!!! crossing our fingers do not receive any call on the next 2 weeks.

Awesome!! Very happy to hear that!! Yep getting through week 6 and 7 should let you guys at least relax by half!! lol I've kinda been counting your weeks with you and Predilecta10 So if my calculations are right Pred10's Fiance's Week 9 is May 23rd and your Fiance's Week 9 is June 13th...

And one other persons should be on May 30th for their Mom...

I am hoping you guys get a SUPER fast Visa Issues once they receive your exam... I'm praying so!!

Enigma23 we are already in week 7 and ceac still on AP last time that was touched was April.11 ,We are so stressed :,(

Hi, we too are at the nine weeks tomorrow. File was touched today and still says AP.

Your Mother(in law?) should have received the results call by now... It gets updated through the Consultorio de Visa first.. not on CEAC or via the Embassy.

After it is received it gets sent back to the Embassy that can take up to two to three weeks for the Embassy to receive it.

Then once they get it they say up to six more weeks for visa to be issued.

I hope and believe they pad the times so that we don't drive them crazy calling while they finish up... I believe the Petitioner can call the CDV directly and ask for the results or the Beneficiary can.

Hey! Very sweet of you to say so.. Thanks.

Your Mother(in law?) should have received the results call by now... It gets updated through the Consultorio de Visa first.. not on CEAC or via the Embassy.

After it is received it gets sent back to the Embassy that can take up to two to three weeks for the Embassy to receive it.

Then once they get it they say up to six more weeks for visa to be issued.

I hope and believe they pad the times so that we don't drive them crazy calling while they finish up... I believe the Petitioner can call the CDV directly and ask for the results or the Beneficiary can.

Oh! Yes! My apologies!!!! it seems I did not include it in the write up but later on.. but on a diff post.

Her name is Eunice and the number is 809-685-1587 Ext 169

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Awesome!!! Everything is coming along as God planned... Keep me posted!!

I am packing fro my trip there next week!!! Excited and stressed at the same time.. Sometimes visiting is SO MUCH WORK in advance!!

You are in the States right?? Wish you lived near Florida!! I need a fun relaxing chick day!! My best friend understands and loves me.. but honestly I don't think anyone NOT in this boat truly knows what we and/or our Finance's feel and many times I just can't open up to share or tell them... because I just don't want them to worry.

Anyway!! So HAPPY for your progress!!! You guys are so close I am almost SURE it's going to be TB Negative!!

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)
