Fiance's father changed name -- not the same as on birth certificate

Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this or any idea of what to do.

A little while ago, after our NAO2, we found out that my fiance's name on the birth certificate is different because his parents changed his name when he was little. His current name is what I put on the I-129 files with no other used names. We contacted the consulate about this issue and they said to collect all documents that we can to the interview, such as his proof of name changed -- problem solved! -- His mother has the documentation.

The problem now is that both of his parents also changed their names! He listed their current names on the I-325A, not their birth names. His mother has her proof of name change, but his father doesn't live in the country anymore and there's no contact with him.

Since I was going out of the country, my fiance in England was left to do everything else, like collecting his documents. But when my fiance contacted the Consulate in the UK, he only told them about his own name change, and not his parents. I feel like if we keep contacting them about these name changes, they will suspect something. But we didn't even know about his until we asked about my fiance's original birth certificate.

Do you know if this will be a problem if his father's name is different on the birth certificate??? Anyone know what we should do?
