Ok but after reading them and still have questions then come back and ask specific questions. Not to ask for a repeat of the whole process.

What so far are you not understanding and need help on?

thanks luckytx,

i went to my county court house to obtain proof of single. they notarized it. my question is do i need Secretary of State seal or the one from county court house should be enough.

there are ton of documents that translated from viet to english and english to viet. it requires public notary stamp on it. can i get it anywhere or i need to go to a specific notarize that deal with translating documents.

i will bother you more if i have any questions ;)^_^ LOL.

The county court house is a seal and not a notary. If you have papers that need a notary then any notary can do this. Your bank will provide this service free of charge. I did not notarize any translated documents though during my process.

Also feel free to ask and if able someone will answer.
