My boyfriend want to move to Alabama,. He applied the petition in newyork. Will it affect the application. I'm scared it will affect our application but I don't want to stop him from moving back home because he feels miserable in newyork..

It won't affect the petition status, but if it is filed already, he will need to contact USCIS with a change of address update.
