IV fee payment requested but not showing up online?

Hi all

We finally got our NOA2 last week after nearly 11 months since NOA1. The process seems to be all online now, and I received a letter by email asking me to fill out the DS-261 (which I think is the new version of DS-3032) and payment of the AOS fee. I did the DS-261 and paid the AOS fee straight away, and a few days later got another letter by email asking for payment of the IV fee. When I login via ceac.state.gov the fee is listed as "not paid" and I can choose "pay" but when I do so, it doesn't show up on the next page. See screenshots below... any ideas on why this is?

(I have tried calling the NVC but haven't been able to get through, just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem)

Another quick Q while I'm posting... I don't seem to be able to submit my I-864 at this point - no option to do so through the online portal and the instructions say the next step is payment of the IV fee. Is this right, or can I get a jump on the process somehow?

Once you pay the AOS fees and it is indicated as paid when you log in, dont wait submit the AOS package complete with its requirements Tax transcripts, paystubs etc, after a "few" days of processing you will be able to hit pay and it will take you to the payment portal where you will pay the IV fees. A few forum members have been lucky to pay both but it is taking some time now. When you pay the IV fees it will again take some days for the funds to move from your account and once it indicates as paid now complete the Online DS 260 and send the IV package. Calling the NVC needs patience and one has to be ready to wait until someone answers the phone. Good luck

Thanks, that's helpful. I actually discovered I'm not in the full online stream so I have to post my AOS docs, so I'll get them off straight away.

It normally takes a few days from the fee being invoiced to actually being able to pay it. 1-5 days.

NVC call center is open M-F 7am - Midnight EST. Try calling early or late. If it's busy keep calling until you get through.

Thanks for the reply, my IV fee 'went live' through the online system after a couple of days and is now paid :)
