Use this calculator to see the soonest you can file http://www.uscis.gov/early-filing-calculator. It seems like it will be May 12 at the earliest provided you have lived in the same district for the past 3 months and you meet all the other requirements.

Heres the document checklist http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/article/attachments.pdf

http://www.uscis.gov/forms/citizenship-and-naturalization-based-forms/document-checklist-form-n-400-application-naturalization

and the instructions http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/n-400instr.pdf

heres the form http://www.uscis.gov/n-400

You can also use the VJ guides

You will send a check or money order with your application.

Time to do some research, good luck

Since the time you became a permanent resident. A 3-week vacation will not affect it, its only if you left the country for 6 months or more.. You should be okay

Thank you again!

How about the date of residence, I moved from "A-2009" ** which was my original address registered, then I moved to "B-2011"** which is not officially registered to USPS, but when I moved to "C-2013"** which is now my present address that is registered, should I just include "A-2009" and "C-2013" on the list? Because I didnt officially register my address on "B-2011"?

You must include ALL the places you resided in, do not exclude some out.

But i dont have any evidence of any sort of that address and i forgot the exact dates

I'm just stating the rules. It's pretty clear.

List EVERY address where you have lived during the last 5 years prior to filing N400.

You don't need proof, but you will need dates. Not that hard to find or figure out, if you really wanted to. Check your facebook timeline, ask relatives, go back and check the calendar, follow your old mail, etc.
