is uscis office has a lunch break??

I am gonna go for my biometics taken. but i wanna go a little ealry because of the traffic.

planning to go around 1pm (my appointment is 3pm)

and then realized it could be lunch break for them.

anybody know about this??

03/05/2014 - USCIS Recive the package

03/10/2014 - Notice date

03/11/2014 - Check cashed

03/14/2014 - USCIS mailed an appointment notice for biometic

03/15/2014 - Recive the form I-797C, Notice of Action (priority date 3/6/2014)

03/17/2014 - Recive the Biometic notice

04/04/2014 - Biometic appointment (done)

04/08/2014 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

04/30/2014 - Interview scheduled

05/05/2014 - Interview notice recieve

06/05/2014 - Interview (approved)

06/09/2014 - Placed in the oath scheduling que

07/01/2014 - Oath ceremony scheduled. Notice sent by USCIS

07/08/2014 - Recive the oath ceremony notice

07/31/2014 - Oath ceremony
