hello i just sent the ds-260 last night and i got the confirmation notification that the case is closed and i sent my civil documents today via postal mail service (fedex) knowing that I'm in algeria they said that they will receive the package in 27-01-2014

please i just need ur help about if the nvc will notify me when they receive the package or i have to call them or there is a way to know that they recieved it thank you I'm really stressed and excited becoz i waited too long to see this day coming please help me and i will be thankful

NVC will not notify you upon receipt of your documents, you have to call and inquire for yourself. I'll suggest to wait for the delivery date which should be the 27th and call them on the 28th.

I suggest u call dem and ask if they've received it on the 28/29.. nd hope you got a tracking number for the documents u sent to them...

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

not yet my friend I'm still waiting they received my package in 01-27-2014 still waiting LOL I'm thinking that it still too earlier to call next week i will start calling Mdr

vous devez pas strsseez car jai vecu ton cas

donc du jour ou vous poster le i 864 et les document vous patienter 30 jour ou max 32 jours vous recevrais un email de NVC l'essentiel vous avez pas comis d'erreurs si non tu refais la meme chose des le debut et compter 30 jour encore donc jespere bien que vous avez envoyé bien correctement les documents a a propo de lenvoi de ton dossier tinkiet pas tu peu les appeler mais de preference si kkun les appele des etas unis

i think I'm in the regional forums discussion Middle East and North Africa and i used french to explain to the guy what he needs becoz he is from algeria thats all any way it won't happen again
