Long story short I booked an interview for my Fiancé 1 week after her medical and there was an issue with her medical and I moved the date, the system booked the wrong date so I canceled that that date and set it for the correct date and it still booked the wrong date. I went to change the date and the website said I couldn’t change the date because it booked it to close to the interview date. I sent email threw the website saying I was having a problem before I got a reply my Fiancé got the news that she had TB and was going to have treatment. When I got the reply it said it’s not an issue the case is still open. So now 8 months later she passed her medical so I called the embassy because I couldn’t log into the site and set an interview date. The reply I got from the embassy is she has a pending interview on 7/11/13 at 7:30 I said I know I couldn’t cancel it because the website wouldn’t let me cancel it. The reply I got is we will elevate your case I then asked how long it that going to take and what does it entail, reply we will elevate your case. I then asked I’m trying to book flight to the Philippines can you give me an idea of what date are available, reply was we currently don’t have any dates for a K1 I said I was looking for a date around the end of the month reply there are no open dates for a K1. I asked when is there an open date for a K1, reply there are none. I asked then how can I find a date, reply you need to login to the site and check to see when there is an opening. I said I cant login to see, reply yes we will elevate your case.

Because we have a scheduled interview on a date that’s passed I cant login to see appointments our case is still open and it shows the fee was paid. Does anyone have any idea how long its going to take to fix this problem the reply from the embassy was we cant give you a turn around time.

Thanks
