Is your question whether it will be a problem if the petitioner and beneficiary started dating young, at age 16?

If so-no, unless there was some legal issue (say one was much older than the other and there are statutory rape laws affecting the relationship). However, I believe you cannot petition until the petitioner is 18, due to the I-864 being a legally binding document.

The DS-260 is the visa application. All questions are related to the beneficiary unless specifically stated.

MMM/YYYY..... You turned 16 in March, 2004. MAR/2004

Just to note the USA uses the following date format on official forms:

Month, Day, Year - MM/DD/YYYY

Most of the rest of the world uses:

Day, Month, Year = DD/MM/YYYY

if i remember right, the question is all previous (Old) addresses since you were 16 years old> so if you lived at only one address since you were born, then you write only that address. if you moved several times, you write down all the addresses since you were 16yrs old. if you moved also when you were 15 yrs old, you don't include that. only addresses where you moved when you were 16 and older.

I still don't understand your question- both of you are clearly over 16.
