Hello.

I know there is a sample form in this site on how to prepare an I-130. However, it is based on the case the person lives abroad. I need to know about how to fill i-130 for the spouse of a U.S. Citizen who is inside the USA.

About me: The immigrant is me, who came with a B-2 Visa - entered legally and has not overstayed.

Situation: After some time, with my husband we decided I should stay instead of going back to my home country again and be apart ( ) . So we are looking into filing I-I30 and I-485 concurrently.

Specifically I need to know:

-If the address for question C.2 is the same your spouse used in question B.2 Might sound dumb, but if I came as a tourist, and we just now decided I will stay here, so should the address in question C.2 be the one I have abroad or the one where I am living with my husband now. My worry is the USCIS might think I intended to stay even before I entered the country, if I put the same address as my husbands in this question?

-Question 18. I intend to live with my husband and since I came to US to visit him, I am living with him. So Question 21 gets confusing…The last address we lived together is the recent one, correct? Not the one where we used to live before we came to the USA?

-What to put ("N/A" or "None") in questions C.15 ( I don't work) , C.20 (My name is in Roman letters), and D.1 (No other petitions submitted).

Useful links I have found about preparing I-130:

Thanks!
