yeah,i know but thanks. so many days pasted, but i got nothing from there. wait and wait and wait...i made a timeline in VJ, and it tells me like this:Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 25, 2014 and June 5, 2014*. Do you guys believe that?

Many days? Its only may 13th. You received your NOA1 28th of April. I know its hard, but still. However that timelime is just a rough estimate based on what others have experienced. The way the CSC is moving looks about right.

anyone whose case will be processing in CSC? my fiancee got the email of NOA1 on April 28, and received the hard copy of it this day. i'm in the end of April. :crying:

To give you perspective of your few days wait time, my first NOA2 took almost 6 months, 1 month at NVC, 16 months in AP

and then a refusal to issue the visa and a 6 month fight to have it reaffirmed, an expired petition and now re filing !

That is something to cry about after an uphill battle for an almost 5 year relationship.

You need to be patient or you won't make it on this journey.

A normal process is a blessing !

I understand what your saying my fiancé petitioned back in June 2012 it ended up at Vermont and we got caught up in the back log RFE Dec 2012 they received it in January 2013, July 2013 they decide to get in touch to say two letters from family members to say they had met me had not been dated must be re written sent them back they were not received on the expected date so we were denied due to lack of material evidence over two letters. So here we are refiling and not with Vermont this time, ours is now getting into a four year relationship all I can say is thank goodness I saw him back in October. Theres been a lot of tears here too, Good luck with your journey :)

This forum is great for getting information for filling out the right forms properly and submitting the right documentation. That's it. To be honest, reading about people getting approved in less than a month really ticks me off. I know we like to be polite and say that we're happy for them, but c'mon... no one is

CSC seems to be knocking out NOA 2's like there is no tomorrow. I am not sure why TSC is so slow. Looking at the April/May filers in CSC, NOA2's are getting approved in a matter of days or weeks. Hopefully, TSC transfers cases to CSC.

All over letters in support of the relationship that were not dated ? Seriously ? That is ridiculous to RFE for.

It is not a requirement to have letters so it makes no sense to me to send an RFE over it.

Was that the only RFE or where there other things not submitted that they wanted ?

Best wishes !

Yeah that is why I did my petition by myself, and based on everything that I have read a good majority of the members here have done the same given the ridiculous prices they charge for one, and also the ones who did hire an attorney usually got an RFE.

Turns out our RFE was for more evidence that we actually met in person!!!! The problem is that my fiancee doesn't have any receipts because I paid for everything and USCIS wanted more proof that she was actually with me. She took a taxi for two hours from where she lived to where we met and paid cash :(. At the time we met we didn't know we needed to document our meeting so carefully. Fortunately we have some photos that include unique landmarks of the city we were in. So my attorney had us each sign affidavits of our meeting (hers is notarized too) and to provide more photos (another 18). My fiancee fedex'd her letter this morning but it will take a few days to make it to the US. *sigh* We hope that this is enough to satisfy USCIS and there are not further delays.

*crosses fingers*

Our most substantial piece of evidence supporting our having met was, I believe, our Facebook history. On any friend's Facebook timeline, you can go to "view friendship" to see a fully documented history of your relationship with that person. I printed out all 56 pages and included them in my 129 packet. I should also mention that we've spent a total of several months together over the last few years, so the evidence is kind of irrefutable. Still, our Facebook history was the cornerstone of that proof.

Yes, I'm sure all of those photos we were tagged in together helped, too. I included some of my and his flight itineraries, too. We had a couple of regional flight plans together. Good luck.

We had one RFE because unfortunately at the time of applying we did not know about this site so we forgot to send in the evidence of my trip, photos etc. So when they sent the RFE along with the proof of relationship they also asked my fiancé to have letters written by family members stating they had met me where and when. It was heartbreaking getting that denial but refiling for the second time has been easier as we know a lot more now than we did back in 2012 this time we are with TSC sent our petition April 7th had a receipt number the 11th so much quicker than Vermont it took a month to get our receipt number.....Best of Luck to you too
