Recently our case was denied. I need help what should I do next. We are planning on getting married and apply for CR-1. When do I need to write the withdrawal letter to USCIS? Do you know where I can find sample letter? I heard denied petition will take 4-6 months till goes back to USCIS. How do I address the I-129 issue when filling for CR-1?

Thank you for the advise

Yes, send a letter withdrawing the I-129F petition before filing the I-130. I have also seen it suggested that you could include the letter to withdraw your I-129F petition in your I-130 mailing.
