If you've thrown out or lost your boarding passes, you can print out the e-tickets/itineraries and attach them with the corresponding passport stamp. That kind of proves you used the ticket in the same way a boarding pass would.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

Google Skype Exporter. Within that nifty little app is the ability to export call lists to confirm the frequency of your conversations. :)

Other than that, everyone has covered the major points for the application. Good luck and a speedy process to you, OP.

I am currently putting my package together and have read so many conflicting views on what should be sent for evidence of the relationship. Anyone who has been approved please help me out and share what you included?

I really want to avoid getting an RFE so any help would be much appreciated.

anything and everything that shows that since you met, you have been communicating...communicating about what? travel, meeting up, dating and that the communication has been steady and consistent and means that the relationship is serious. so for pics, around 6 showing you/both of you with each other's friends, family, at each other's countries, phone bills showing have long you talk, how many times a day/week/month. the more, the better.

I realize this is a DIY website and forum, but we actually had someone prepare our forms...A Justice of the Peace here in VA who has been doing this for 20 years and prepares at least one packet per week. I signed up for this website to follow along with the journeys of others going through the similar process.

As for our packet, she advised that all we needed to include was an arrangement of photos along with copies of our chat dialogues as proof. We communicate exclusively on Facebook and WhatsApp when we are not together (I travel on business frequently). I found a pretty cool program called "SocialSafe" which allows you to backup (Sync) all of your message communication from Facebook. It pulls it all in to a clean linear timeline which can be sorted in ascending or descending order, and exported to a PDF and printed if necessary. Granted the total printout would be somewhere in the range of 1.500 pages, we only sent in about 12 or 13 that highlighted the time stamps and dialogue of the beginning of our relationship. This was all we submitted with our packet, and after just (13) days we have already received our NOA1 (EAD), and Biometrics appointment notification.

I'm sure this is not a valid indicator of whether or not my I-130 petition will be accepted or if we get an approved interview, but we have other evidence to bolster our relationship outside of photos and chat logs. We have barely been out of each other's sight for the past 7 months between the US and Spain, but based on the evidence we did submit, it seems as though it was enough to get the ball rolling. We plan on putting together a much more complete file when the time comes for our interview including boarding passes, itineraries, joint accounts, etc. I have to believe that many of what the USCIS Officers review is based somewhat on an objective opinion and the evidence provided looks legitimate and factual. Figured i would share our story and information with you as well!! I wish you nothing but success on your journey!! :) \m/\m/

OP is going through London so most of what has been mentioned is overkill.

Honest to goodness, I honestly don't know how you all manage to have these kinds of documents. I have to say that I have very little - I have no boarding passes or hotel receipts...what reason would I have had to keep them? It wasn't like I was planning to apply for a K1 visa when we first met. If anything, that seems very calculating.

We have almost no photos either...I mean I took many of him, and he of me...but selfies are so not my thing. I think we have maybe 5 pictures of us together that could have been taken anywhere (several different beaches, but indistinguishable). Without the actual digital file though, there is no way to know when the pictures were taken - there is no timestamp on them.

Perhaps in my youth, i would have kept these things as keepsakes, but I outgrew that many years ago...What I have is itineraries (because they happened to be in my email) and corresponding passport stamps. Huge Skype logs and a handful of emails. That about covers it...7 years in a very small pile of paper.

Strangely, I am not overly worried about it. It is what it is.

The I-129F petition does not require the same documentation as an I-130 and concurrent I-485.

OP > You simply need the proof of meeting face-to-face for the I-129F petition, which are typically the passport stamps, receipts. boarding passes and a few photos together. You can add in a small amount of relationship evidence if you wish. London does not tend to ask about relationship evidence at the interview either. See this post for London only process for researching for the K-1 interview phase > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/

It was very smooth for us.

We just included some pictures of the time when we first met. We had a bunch of photos of us and the whole family. We also attached some facebook posts and statuses but seriously, nobody cares about that. They just want to SEE that you guys have actually met. So if you have pictures, feel free to add as much as you want and can. They love to see pictures with other family members, so that would be great (if not even necessary). We had like 10 pictures with some notes and dates on them. Nobody asked anything, nobody asked for more evidence either :P

Whats pretty good too, is to attache pictures or screenshots of a longer time frame and not just 2 days, this proves a ongoing relationship, which is what you wanna prove too :)

Good luck and keep yer head up, it's not even close as hard as it seems :)

We have photos, passport stamps, boarding passes but we never call each other, everything is over skype, whatsapp and facetime.

I have read that emails and cards are not seen as strong evidence?

we submitted boarding passes, receipts of restaurants and hotels we stayed together, 20photos labeled at the back of each photo (date, place, names of persons in it) and placed it in a ziplock bag, facebook screenshots, iMessage screenshots and as well as call logs of Facetime (me and my fiance took screenshots of our logs on facetime).

I thought about including the email itinerary with my boarding passes, but I know its only supporting evidence and not even needed. So I didn't include it. I also got a bit lazy about the photos I included, also since this is still only secondary evidence. I started writing all the names of the people in the pics, with date and place on the first 3 or 4 pics. The rest I only listed the location, and the date was already stamped on the front. I'm not worried at all.

You CAN, however, contact the airline you used and request a copy of your boarding pass. My airline did that for me, in the form of a letter, stating that I bought, checked in, and used my airline ticket on the dates listed. It worked out great. :)

But if you have the stamps right there in your passport, surely it is proof you did board the plane, or would OP have grown wings?
