Long story short, I have a new girl and I want to file a K1 Visa for her, Me and my ex gf whom I filed for a K1 for and was approved back in April 2013, She is the one I need to cancel. I even was approved to call and set up the Interview Date at the Manila Embassy back in April 2013.

So as of right now I was going to send a letter via Fed Ex to USEM in Manila and ask for a withdraw of the petition and give a detailed explantion and also include Case Type, Receipt Number,Case Number and Beneficiary Information and I will include copies of all the I 797, and all other correspondence received from DHS and and USEM.

Any more information that I could or should include would be helpful.

Thanks In Advanced........

Have you called USEM to ask about this?

703) 520-2235 (this is a USA number) : For inquiries on a specific case, please call the Immigrant Visa (IV) Unit's during normal business hours, except between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m.

Yes, send the info to the USEM and request to withdraw your petition. Also, send the info to the USCIS and request to withdraw your petition.

Is this a USA or Philippines Time zone Number?

I call it and get pre recorded messages after selecting a number

Yes I called them, They were the one who recommend I send all info to U.S. Embassy in Manila since it is already approved.

That is a USA phone number for the embassy so you have to call on Philippine's time to talk to anyone.

Ah, then all is good.
