Wow it looks like we're having interviews on the same day in the same place (Fairfax?)!

Not to mention our latter part of timeline also look very similar.

Good luck prepping for the interview!!!

I hope so. I actually live in Maryland (but I'm only 20 feet from the DC border). I put down DC as the local office because Fairfax is about 15 miles from where I live, but the Baltimore office is 35 miles away. Technically, my zip code is in the Baltimore office, though. I guess I will see when the letter comes in.
What bona fide evidence did you include in your application, and what other evidence do you plan on bringing to the interview?
Thanks, good luck to you, too!

Sounds similar to mine.

I only included a copy of the marriage certificate and joint tenancy agreement (and they have a copy of our joint tax return) with our application.

I'll bring:

Joint bank account statement

Car insurance with both of our names

Health insurance with both of our names

15-20 pictures

I hope that'll be enough. I just graduated a while ago and am now working. My spouse is getting her professional degree so we're really just getting on our feet and don't have too much that shows we're co-mingling our finances. I

Ah, I see. From what I've seen with other Vj members, they don't update the online tracker even if they finished reviewing the RFE response. Whenever they applied for an EAD, they got an update for that so they knew the case was moving along again even it it still said RFE response.

Sorry that I can't really help - I'm not sure how long it usually takes them. :/

That's fine! Thank you anyway! At least now I know that I won't get an update online so its only mail. But I checked the mail today and there is nothing.
