I'm starting to lose hope that I will receive AP/EAD before my trip to Sweden on June 30th... status has been "RFE response review" since May 27th. I've already rescheduled my ticket once for a 100 euro fee (booked this ticked before I knew I'd do AOS) but it looks like I won't be going back to Sweden this summer after all :(

does anyone know if I can attempt to expedite EAD/AP?

04/02/14 - day 00 - 130 / I-485 / I-765 / I-131 sent via USPS

04/04/14 - day 02 - Arrival of AOS packet according to USPS tracking

04/13/14 - day 11 - Email/text receipt notification

04/14/14 - day 11 - Checks cashed

04/25/14 - day 25 - Biometrics appointment letter received (dated 04/16/14) for 05/13/14

05/01/14 - day 30 - Successful walk-in biometrics in Ft. Myers, FL

ugh.. praying and hoping I will get a NOA or checks cashed this week! my package was supposedly delivered on April 4th according to USPS.. this is so nerve wrecking!

You need serious resons to expedite( thats what I have read). I dont think your reason would be enough :( I am waiting for a response since May 8th...

04/18/2014 Biometrics app letter received for 05/12/2014
04/24/2014 Walk-in biometrics done at Port Chester, NY office( no problems at all, very nice people)
04/29/2014 My status online changed to Request for evidence
05/03/2014 got RFE and now status is stuck on Request for evidence response review.
08/26/2014 Status changed to Testing and Interview
08/29/2014 Got an email update interview scheduled for October 1st and paper notice sent out
10/1/2014 HAd our interview at Hartford,CT office. wasnt approved on the spot. 10/3/2014 Got an update that status of I485 changed to Card Production. Then at night changed to Decision. I 130 Post decision activity
10/09/2014 Status changed to Card production We mailed you a new card. You'll receive within 30 days
10/09/2014 Got a tracking number. Estimated delivery 10/11/2014
10/11/2014 Green card in hand!
Whole process took 6 month( thanks to RFE) :)

9/16/2016 Package sent to USCIS Vermont

9/22/2016 Check cashed

9/24/2016 Notice of Action in the mail dated 9/20/2016

10/2/2016 Received a letter for Biometrics for 10/19/2016

10/14/2016 Early walk-in for biometrics in Port Chester, NY again like last time no problems

guess what?? everytime I post on here I seem to get a response from uscis soon after! haha just got an e-notification this morning that my EAD is in production!

I contacted my congress person Friday late at night (faxed my request and some evidence) to see if they can expedite my EAD and today I got an email that they did! Wow, I can't believe how quickly they got back to me. So happy! FYI, I need it early so I don't lose my current job.

My EAD is finally approved today! Now I don't need to feel enxious in front of my HR manager talking about an H1 visa extension....

Congrats on those who have already received interview notice and EAD/AP approvals! I wonder what happned to my AP... although I do not think I'll need it so desperately for now :/

hey ! did uscis online status for EAD said it was mailed or did you just see card production and allow 30 days ........

I had mine expedited, and it went straight from Initial Review to "we mailed your card" with the tracking number - no notifications in between. As you can see from my time line, I got the online notification on Friday around 5pm, and my card was delivered on Saturday at 11am.

I had mine expedited, and it went straight from Initial Review to "we mailed your card" with the tracking number - no notifications in between. As you can see from my time line, I got the online notification on Friday around 5pm, and my card was delivered on Saturday at 11am.

Later in the same day my status changed to "Card Production", I received another status update that the card has been mailed (w/ USPS tracking number). Initial expected delivery date was 6/21 (2 days from when it was shipped) but I happen to receive it a little bit early. You should received yours pretty soon!

I did recieve another text saying my the same card production thing idk if the website was tripping lol and sent the wrong text

Wow it looks like we're having interviews on the same day in the same place (Fairfax?)!

Not to mention our latter part of timeline also look very similar.
