Hello, my husband and i had our green card interview in Oct/2014, the interview was not bad, the officer asked some questions and she said was not 100% sure. We didnt get approved but she didn't denied too. Since that i haven't heard nothing about the case, in Feb/2015 we had a Infopass and they just told us the case is pending. I was wondering if anybody had a similar case and wouldn't mind to share with me??

Ok, I am still waiting on mine. No movement since May 2014. I have an Infopass coming up. Any other April 2014 filers still have no movement on their AoS app? I am starting to wonder if I am the only one left...

No, you are not the only one. I am still waiting too... 14 months with no decision, that is not really a proof of efficiency !

I send an infopass and call my representative (well... the representative of my wife, since I am still not welcomed yet )

Don't loose your patience. At least, your are not alone

I never heard a so long time for decision after an interview... it's seem very strange for me. Sorry, I cannot help you but hope it will change soon !

I had an Infopass with the Cincinnati Field Office. I scheduled it online and with less than 24 hours notice in fact. The Cincinnati office has been renovated since the last time I did anything there in May 2014. There is a scheduling station there, so I assume it could be possible to get a same day appointment, but don't quote me on that.

The IO was very nice. He gave me all the status updates I asked for and that my AoS case was assigned to an officer in another field office (He gave me the location but I don't see a need to post it here) in May 2015. He suggested me to file for a "Out of Normal Processing Time" request by calling the 1-800 number, which I already did. He said it would take the assigned IO 15 days to reply (Tier 1 agent of 1-800 number said 15-30 days). The whole appointment lasted about 15 min. I'd say it was useful in terms of knowing it has been assigned to an IO.

mimikado, thank you for your reply. I am glad I am not alone, but I am not glad we are still waiting. LOL. Yes, patience is definitely a virtue in this AoS process indeed. Actually my employer wanted to know since my EAD was about to run out and they wanted me to be back at work ASAP. It's frustrating to see August filers getting approved (not at the applicants, but at the process). Good luck to you, mimikado and hope you hear good news soon.

My husband hasn't received any update yet. Our last info pass was on Jan 30th, 2015 - outcome still in Lee's Summit MO processing.

Received his 2nd EAD/Travel card in May 5th, 2015.

Is there any new forums on the subject that I should be following?

Appreciate any tips or updates.

With you, we are at least 4 with the same dates.

Send an inquiry 2 months ago states that our file was sent at Philadelphia the day before the inquiry... so I suppose it's for not so long... But no news since.

The only other interesting thread is about interview waiver but I think it became depressing to read this one, in our case ^^

MovinOn, I say on your signature : 07/04/15 GOT WEIRD TEXT THAT THE EAD RENEWAL CASE # WAS UPDATED, CHECKED USCIS WEBSITE, NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON ANY CASE NUMBERS

It's happend a similar thinks with me : I went to the USCIS web site, I saw that my EAD last update was 07/05/2015, thought that was great (but bizarre because I didn't received any email) and click on the case to discover that... nothing new happend ! That was weird haha ^^

Update on our process:

Filed April 2014. Received interview waiver notice. Still waiting. Received rfe for a bunch of things: marriage certs (again??!! what do they do with them??) birth certs of kids (ummm...we dont have any which is clearly stated on our previous forms), further proof of genuine marriage (easy), tax form for last year (when we sent aos it wasnt available, but was easy) and new medical as they said it was out of date (despite K1 applicants not needing to renew...clearly stated on THEIR own forms haha, but whatever...they are god apparently) Sent off everything about 6 weeks ago for rfe, except medical (disputed it etc) Received another rfe about 2 weeks ago, for the medical...our lawyer friend said we could take it further, but it is pointless as it will just delay things, and after 15 months almost, we just want it done. Tracking states they received it last Friday the 10th July. Also sent off EAD renewal as it has expired. (first mistake we made in whole process, by not renewing it 3 months ago..so now I can't work until it arrives) So, hopefully we should receive notification sooooooon.

Good luck to everyone else, especially those who have been waiting this long...we are almost there!!!!!

FINALLY!!!! We were April 22 2014 filers for aos and I received a text today saying my new card is being produced. Almost 15 months later, and strangely enough the excitement isn't here yet haha. I am sure it will come, but even my husband who is Mr Positive replied with "about time". Needless to say, very grateful that we are now on to the next step and don't have to deal with immigration garbage for a little while. We had 2 rfes in the last 2 months, so anyone else who filed around the same time...your good news should be here any moment!!!
