If it was a Tier 1 customer service agent who told you it was at the Kendall FO, I would take that info with a grain of salt. Even if Tier 2 said it I'm beginning to doubt. We gave a 4/3 filing date, and the only way we truly know where it is is from the return address of the most recent SR (it's actually in Imperial, CA). We were told by Tier 2 it arrived in the NYC office on 2/4. So if I were you I'd file an SR for out of processing date online and make sure you check the box that says you want email confirmation. Disregard the suffix on the request, it means nothing unless it is something other than the Kendall FO suffix. Our response didn't even acknowledge our SR #, only our MSC #. With your NOA, your file has to be at a field office by now.

I guess we will find out when we get a response to the inquiry we made. Thank you for your advise, hopefully we'll hear something soon. I'll let you know what they say.

At this point we're just along for the ride.

We spoke with a Tier 2 person who, later in an email, told us that our case couldn't be expedited for work reasons. Well, we never ASKED for it to be expedited on work reasons, we asked for it to be expedited because it's outside of the normal processing time!

So we submitted another case inquiry and I've written my Congresswoman.

Is it a bad thing our case is still in the NBC; Missouri? Not sure if that's what you were referring to.

I also received a PWL on July 29th, 2014 bio 5/15/2014*

I'm confused I thought NBC is where the approval would come from -green card/interview notice...

I'm also confused I read October 2014 filers have rcvd green cards/interviews already... am I missing something or reading something incorrectly :crying::cry:

I was just thrown off with Oct 2014 filers getting green cards/interviews already... wasn't sure if I read it correctly or it's just been that kind of long day. lol

I hope you get yours soon. I just recently sent out the EAD/AP renewal. But that is meaningless now. Hopefully all the April filers will be hearing something soon.

NOA was 4/28/2014.... We received the Potential Interview Waiver today, 3/24/2015... 11 months after... Interview waiver states 6 months from here... its been a really long wait, and going to be a really long wait :(
