Has your I-485 status changed to "Interview & Testing"? If it hasn't and still says "Acceptance" after this amount of time, then from what I gather you will almost certainly be receiving an interview waiver letter rather than an interview appointment.

I wish this would be true for Newark Office.

I am still in Acceptance. We have plans to travel in October, but I don't know if will be safe for me to travel with the Combo EAD/AP card...

My local office where I will have the interview is Mount Laurel, NJ

Congratulations! According to your timeline, we received our EAD/AP cards on the same day! Maybe that means I'll be getting my interview letter soon, too! Fingers crossed!

My I-485 status is STILL in "acceptance" -- so, perhaps according to an earlier post by another VJ user, I may be expecting a waiver letter for interview due to the length of time it has stayed in acceptance? I wonder if there is any truth to this...

Got my interview notice today, cant wait its almost over!!!

Ok, so what makes one eligible for an interview waiver? and how many more months do we have to wait? do we just receive it in the mail right away or would there be an update online? I was just worried that they forgot about our AOS since it never changed its status from acceptance lol

Thanks
