I received my EAD card this afternoon (package accepted the 22th april) but I still waiting for any update about the conditional greencard (my case status is still on "Acceptance"...) so I even don't know where would be my interview (probably in Philadelphia) or when.

Hey, I had a quick question for fellow April filers. When you received your EAD, did the AP update at all on the site? I have my EAD marked as in production, but no news on the AP and we have a tentative flight coming up really soon. I tried to get AP expedited earlier this week, and it was going to take time. A couple days later AP was updated that there was an address change, and the day after that EAD was approved. Thoughts? Does EAD ever come without AP? It seems like they always come together unless someone chose not to file AP or botched their paperwork.

Gai - It seems to be the most common situation, so I'm assuming ours got the OK too. I also checked out your timeline; did it take 2 days to arrive after getting the "card in production" status online/text&email notice, or is your approval date the update that it's been shipped?

My AP never updated, and it also made me wonder what was going on. ALl it said for EAD was card in production, but for AP it said a letter was in the mail. But, I received my combo card for BOTH EAD/AP on Friday.... so you should expect the same thing

We'll be the Philly office, too (and we filed around the same time as you). My husband has received his EAD/AP, but we're still sitting on Acceptance, too. On the plus side, at least here at VJ, most of the Philly office interviews seem to come from Russia/Ukraine; everyone else just gets the interview waiver and conditional green card. It seems like we'll find that out around 4-6 months after they received the AOS package. So, you know, more waiting.

My husband's AP updated a week after he received his combo EAD/AP card. The online system is kiiiinda slow/inaccurate.

Quick question... Does your mailbox need to have your name written inside for them to leave the EAD card or Green Card? I remember they asked for something similar when mailing my ss card.
