Still waiting patiently for my EAD to get approved/get an appointment letter for my AOS interview. Case being handled at National Benefits Center. Hoping I get my EAD any day now, waiting and not knowing is starting to get hard! Filed everything together on April 29th, so can't call and inquire about things yet. Anyone who filed around the same time had anything come through yet?

I know this process needs a great deal of patience, yet we need make appropriate inquiries into our cases as afforded us by the USCIS. I really cant wait to have my EAD in hand and so I can get a job and support my wife's efforts!

I know... I'm trying to be. Timeframe for I485 is 4 months so its been already 3 so maybe soon will be some movement. But I will definitely call next week. And you already received a letter for your appointment so after that you will have a green card and you can work.

Made a second call to USCIS and got someone to look at expetidting the EAD because it was between 75 and 90 days.

Two days later (ie. yesterdays on the website it was upgraded to Card in production but still not email or text notification. I am hopeful of that further confirmation in the next couple of days.

I should not take that long, I saw that you sent off your package on 03/31/2014..... majority of us applied either in mid of april or in last days of april, and pretty much all us got EAD card in hands or our cards in production, majority of us also got interview date sometime in August.
