My EAD pic is the one that I took at the biometrics appointment. Anyway, it still looks ok :D

We had our interview today in the Philadelphia office and we were approved on the spot! The wait in the waiting room was longer than the interview itself. The entire process was quick and efficient. We got the nicest IO we could ever hope for who was polite, joked a bit and even married in the same shore town we did. We did all of the paperwork on our own without the assistance of a lawyer and all went fine. By the time we arrived home the EAD, approved last week, was in the mail box and our case status for I-485 and I-130 had been updated to show the approvals.

Good luck to everyone here. We hope all of you have the same experience we did today! :goofy:

We got our approval on July 2 and the card was delivered on July 10

Yes I already have my SSN because I am an F-1 student and work on Campus.

but you can apply for your SSN with your EAD card and, of course, green card.

I will go to the social office after I got a green card in order to update my information.
