When should we call USCIS for a service request on our AOS? I mailed my application last april 11,2014. I already got my EAD but my AOS is still in acceptance.

Today is my 98th day awaiting my EAD. Has anyone experienced waiting beyond 90 days for his or her EAD? I already got my interview letter, yet no EAD!

04/05/2013....Married my wife (US citizen) (L)

03/31/2014....Sent out I-485, I-130 & I-765 package via FedEx (00)

04/02/2014....Package received by Chicago lockbox (day 01)

04/08/2014....Date on the NOAs (day 07)

04/11/2014....Biometrics appointment letter scheduled for 05/09/2014 (day 10)

05/09/2014....Biometrics done (day 38)

05/19/2014....Online status for I-485 changed to "Testing and Interview" (day 48)

06/16/2014....Service Request on "Approaching Regulatory Time Frame"(ARTF), advised to wait 2 more weeks (day 76)

06/23/2014....Got "ARTF" Service Request letter. Expect to receive decision or NOA within 60 days of 06/19/2014 (day 83)

06/29/2014....Scheduled infopass appointment for 07/14/2014 (day 89)

06/30/2014....Service Request on "Beyond Regulatory Time Frame"(BRTF). Expect notification within 5 days (day 90)

Thanks for sharing your experience. I submitted the original, with a print from travel.state.gov that clearly showed what is the necessary document for us Swedes. Hopefully this should be enough. My only concern might be that the personbevis is printed in March, but nothing has changed since and the USCIS officer simply cannot be that picky. Only time will tell!

I got an rfe for the 120 personbevis med alla relationer på.. Then I sent the exact same document again and I'm now moved to testing an interview, so I guess they accepted it this time:/? Can't wait for this process to be over..

04/09/14 - USCIS Noa1 notice date and check cashed next day

04/11/14 - Got text/e-mail notification for I-485, I-131 and I-765 at 1:09 a.m. & check cleared in the morning

05/06/14 - Fingerprint done

06/12/14 - EAD card production date & AP approval date

06/20/14 - Received EAD/AP Combo card in hand + text/email notice for delivery status :lol:
