I finally got the update that my EAD has been mailed, but no tracking number. I read that some you received a tracking number. How or where did you see the tracking number?

I know how it feels to wait, but you'll receive it soon...congrats!

Received an email this morning that my husband's EAD was mailed!

August 13th, 2010: Met my now husband while studying abroad in Sweden

March 5th, 2014: Got married!

March 20th, 2014: Mailed I-485 and I-765 to Chicago Lockbox through USPS Express 2-Day Mail

March 23rd, 2014: I-485 and I-765 arrived at Chicago Lockbox

April 8th, 2014: Notification of receipt of I-485 & I-765

~~Realized that I didn't include biometrics fee in my check, whoops! Sent in a check ASAP~~

April 17th, 2014: NOA Acceptance for I-485, fingerprint fee accepted

April 28th, 2014: Received RFE for I-485 for Birth Certificate

May 29th, 2014: RFE Response Review I-485

June 30th, 2014: EAD Card in Production

July 7th, 2014: EAD Card Mailed

July 7th, 2014 (just before 5 p.m.): Received email that USPS has picked up the EAD, tracking number provided, expected delivery: WEDNESDAY!

July 9th, 2014: EAD Received

July 15th, 2014: I-485 changed to testing and interview

Received an email this morning that my husband's EAD was mailed!

I see that you, like me, received a RFE about birth certificate. Please enlighten me what you used in the package and what you submitted as a response to the RFE?

I assume that you, like me again, send a copy of the personbevis, in English, and not the original? If not please tell me the whole story! Eagerly awaiting the response.

It's my 75th day today, since USCIS received my application. My I-485 is in Interview and Testing but no update on my I-765 and I-130. I am planning to call USCIS on Wednesday, but I need help. What should I ask them about my EAD application, below is my timeline

04/21/2014 sent out I-485, I-130, I-765

04/22/2014 Package delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

04/29/2014 Receive NOA

05/07/2014 Receive Notice to appear at application support center Houston, Tx

05/27/2014 Finger prints and picture done at application support center

07/03/2014 Case status on I-485 application change to Testing and Interview

Yes! For the K-1 Visa my husband provided a personbevis stamped and signed by Skatteverket, which was accepted in lieu of a birth certificate. For I-765 and I-485 he was told by the Swedish Consulate in San Francisco that they would provide the personbevis, they wrote a letter, everything was stamped and signed. We got an RFE for this. A lawyer that we spoke with (but do not actually use) believes that it was because it needed to be from Skatteverket directly. His mom then had to go to Skatteverket in Sweden, got his personbevis as well as his mom's and his dad's each page was numbered showing that they were all together as a single document. I have also heard from the lawyer that he had clients who would get something rejected, send in the same document, and it would be approved. Luckily ours appears to have been accepted.

Whole process took 6 month( thanks to RFE) :)

Just wondering is there April Filers that was transferred to Nebraska? Before I was in National Benefits Center then I got RFE and when they received my reply I found out that Nebraska will process my AOS??
