How long does it typically take to go from card production to sent? As I have now passed the 75 day window can I put in a service request even though it's moved into production? I know it sounds selfish but at the end of the day I want to work and may have several offers on the horizon very soon. If it's at my disposal I will use it

Normally 3-4 business days to send from production, from the data I gather from everyone.

April 9 - Package delivered


April 12 - USCIS Received package.


April 30 - Hard copy of NOA for I-485, I-765


May 5: Biometrics App: 5/23


May 22: Biometrics


May 28: I-485 status changed to "testing & interview" on USCIS website.


June 25: EAD Card in production (YAY)


July 2: Received COMBO card.


July 2: Applied for SSN

We are in the same boat; not sure there's anything we can do at this point other than to wait. According to the message on the uscis website, we should allow up to 30 days to receive the card. The Independence Day may not help, but let keep our hope up.

04/02/2014....Package received by Chicago lockbox (day 01)

04/08/2014....Date on the NOAs (day 07)

04/11/2014....Biometrics appointment letter scheduled for 05/09/2014 (day 10)

05/09/2014....Biometrics done (day 38)

05/19/2014....Online status for I-485 changed to "Testing and Interview" (day 48)

06/16/2014....Service Request on "Approaching Regulatory Time Frame"(ARTF), advised to wait 2 more weeks (day 76)

06/23/2014....Got "ARTF" Service Request letter. Expect to receive decision or NOA within 60 days of 06/19/2014 (day 83)

My EAD was approved 2 days after I received the interview date, but I've read some who got their EAD approved a o week or few days before the actual interview. Hope your EAD gets approved soon.

I had my biometrics done on the 14th May (NOA 16th April) and am still waiting for my EAD. Judging my the timeline posts, everyone else who had their biometrics that day is still waiting too. The annoying thing is that almost everyone for over a week afterwards has already go their cards! There is still 10 days left of their 90 day waiting period before they'll look into it. Frustrating!!

lol...it's probably good I didn't read posts from the likes of you. I had been troubled because I seen people who did their biometrics after I did mine already got their EAD. I'm still waiting, hopefully I will get an update on it in a few days. Let's stay positive!

....I mean, if I had, I might not have made all the calls I made to USCIS thinking I'm not the only one in it. You get?
