I highly encourage you to call USCIS now!

Whoever answer you phone call, after s/he done talking. Tell that person "I am aware that I can call regarding my pending I 765 after it is over 75 days according to the USCIS website, is that true?

Make sure you have your priority date correctly and your case number in handy.

I am sure they are gonna say yes.

Then you can say "could you please put in a service request for me?" Then again he should say yes to you. If not, tell him you want him to escalate your case to tier 2 ISO. But I am pretty sure if you don't get a stupid rep who read the script from website for you. He will put in a request for you.

Called USCIS again today and was told they already put in service request for me and the letter I got was response to my service request...that the 90 days is not a guarantee!

Same here. Just got an update that my card is shipped.

"The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on June 25, 2014. The USPS tracking number assigned is 9205592338400xxxxxxxxx. You can use this number at www.usps.com to view updates to the delivery status of your mail. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Thank you. Hope interview isn't that far anymore. By the way. My AP case remains in initial review. I thought tgey go together? Or uscis just forgot as it often happens.

Anyways, i am pretty happy that stuff starts to move on. Hope everybody eill soon receive good news in their sms, emails and mail boxes. Fingers crossed for all of us!

You will receive a combo card EAD/AP. My wife received her EAD/AP for 3 weeks but her AP is still in Initial Review.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.
