Just got a email :) my interview is July 31 :)

I was so worried bout it , I called them on Monday cause was past the 30 days where they chance to test intervening .

Sorry I meant to post a separate answer but it went together with yours lol, I am aos from b1/b2

August 2007: Met husband

September 2007: Officially started dating

December 2008: Married

September 2009: welcomed our first son

October 2010: welcomed our second son

March 2014: husband became a US citizen

April 12th 2014: sent My AOS packet

April 14th 2014: AOS packet delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

April 24th 2014: received NOAs for I-130,I-765, I-485

April 26th 2014: received biometrics notice for 05-13-2014

May 13th 2014: Biometrics completed succesfully

Just got a email :) my interview is July 31 :)

Received an email this morning also. Interview date is August 1. I'm glad this is coming to an end, it has truly been a test of patience. :)

Day 0 - 04/03/2014 - Package (concurrent I-{130/AOS/EAD} ) sent to Chicago with USPS

Day 1 - 04/05/2014 - Delivered!!!

Day 5 - 04/07/2014 - "Acceptance confirmation received for entire forms & routed to NBC" was sent via email.

Day 9 - 04/12/2014 - NOA for I-{130/AOS/EAD} Received.

Day 15 - 04/18/2014 - NOA for Biometrics appointment Received.

Day 26 -04/29/2014- RFE for I-485 received

Day 39 - 05/12/2014 - Responded to RFE

Day 39 - 05/12/2014- Biometrics app completed.

Day 55 - 05/28/2014 - I-485 status changed to "testing & interview" on USCIS website.

Day 74 - 06/16/2014 - Received email & text from USCIS about the shipment of Employment Authorization Card.

Day 75 - 06/17/2014 - Card in hand!!

Day 83 - 06/25/2014- Interview letter mailed. Interview scheduled for August 1.

Yaay, got an E-mail this morning: Interview is on July 31rst.Woohoo :) Does that mean I won't get my EAD within the 90 days? Like they wait till the interviewis done or could I still get it earlier? The only status that changed was from I-487,the other ones are still ast updated May 1rst.

Hello, Im adjusting from B-2. Based on marriage. Sent a package on April 1. Got RFE and since May 8th waiting for an answer from USCIS.

03/31/2014 I mailed applications to Chicago lockbox
04/02/2014 Package received by USCIS
04/10/2014 E-notification paperwork received
04/10/2014 Checks cashed
04/14/2014 Hard notice received in a mail
04/18/2014 Biometrics app letter received for 05/12/2014
04/24/2014 Walk-in biometrics done at Port Chester, NY office( no problems at all, very nice people)
04/29/2014 My status online changed to Request for evidence
05/03/2014 got RFE and now status is stuck on Request for evidence response review.
08/26/2014 Status changed to Testing and Interview
08/29/2014 Got an email update interview scheduled for October 1st and paper notice sent out
10/1/2014 HAd our interview at Hartford,CT office. wasnt approved on the spot. 10/3/2014 Got an update that status of I485 changed to Card Production. Then at night changed to Decision. I 130 Post decision activity
10/09/2014 Status changed to Card production We mailed you a new card. You'll receive within 30 days
10/09/2014 Got a tracking number. Estimated delivery 10/11/2014
10/11/2014 Green card in hand!
Whole process took 6 month( thanks to RFE) :)

I-751 Removal of Conditions

9/16/2016 Package sent to USCIS Vermont

9/22/2016 Check cashed

9/24/2016 Notice of Action in the mail dated 9/20/2016

10/2/2016 Received a letter for Biometrics for 10/19/2016

10/14/2016 Early walk-in for biometrics in Port Chester, NY again like last time no problems

CONGRATS. Mine said my card was mailed when I received the text to look at my online status.

It jumped from "initial review" to "card/document production."

"On June 25, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283..."

I highly encourage you to call USCIS now!

Whoever answer you phone call, after s/he done talking. Tell that person "I am aware that I can call regarding my pending I 765 after it is over 75 days according to the USCIS website, is that true?

Make sure you have your priority date correctly and your case number in handy.

I am sure they are gonna say yes.

Then you can say "could you please put in a service request for me?" Then again he should say yes to you. If not, tell him you want him to escalate your case to tier 2 ISO. But I am pretty sure if you don't get a stupid rep who read the script from website for you. He will put in a request for you.

That was exactly what he told me. It takes about 15 - 25 days. But my card went to "we mailed your card" status the very next morning after I called.

They told everyone the same answer as you will get response about 15-30 days. My wife got approved the next day for EAD.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.
