Some updates here !!!!! I had my biometric on May 14 and I got my card today on mail!!!!!! Soooooooooo

Patience is why we miss in our process

We're all on the same boat. I check my status on USCIS website every hour even though I know I have to wait. If you check EAD immigration time lines on here a lot of people who got NOA in late March and early April have been receiving approvals in the past few days. We're almost there. Patience is a virtue.

Every path takes time, wisdom, passion and patience! Have fun along the way!

We received an RFE (dated June 11) for our expedite request (of course we haven't actually received it, we just know because he called for an update and they mentioned it then). So, faxed in the job offer form and the explanation of the academic year and how it can affect things years down the line, etc. See what happens.

AOS approved on 7/31/2014. Took 116 days.

ROC approved on 10/26/2017. Took 463 days / 15 months 2 weeks.

07/12/16 Package (I-751) sent to CSC through USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight)
07/13/16 (Day 001) USCIS confirmed receipt.
07/15/16 (Day 003) Personal check cashed out.

07/18/16 (Day 006) NOA1 (mail) received. NOA dated 07/13/16.

07/21/16 (Day 009) NOA2 (mail) received. NOA2 for biometrics, ASC appointment notice.

08/04/16 (Day 023) Biometrics appointment . Done!

07/05/17 (Day 358) Infopass appointment for I-551 stamp on passport.

07/14/2017 (Day 367) still waiting for approval.... ugghh...

10/13/2017 (Day 458) CSC processing time is current.

Did you lawyer talk to tier 1 or 2? My husband called for me. They didn't want to talk to him. I called. They talked to me, telling that to wait for about a months since it is still in the time frame.

Did you set USCIS case status online to send you an update when status is changed?
