I had an rfe may 8th, they recieved my respond on May 22nd.. Had biometrics on the 14th of May.. Still nothing ead is in initial review and AOS is reviewing rfe response... Job offering pending, super stressful..

August 2007: Met husband

September 2007: Officially started dating

December 2008: Married

September 2009: welcomed our first son

October 2010: welcomed our second son

March 2014: husband became a US citizen

April 12th 2014: sent My AOS packet

April 14th 2014: AOS packet delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

April 24th 2014: received NOAs for I-130,I-765, I-485

April 26th 2014: received biometrics notice for 05-13-2014

May 13th 2014: Biometrics completed succesfully

Our Biometrics appt was 5/28/14 and our status changed to Interview and Testing on 6/9/14 which was also the date we got our letter saying that we had an interview scheduled for 7/10/14. We got our appt letter pretty quickly but I've heard it can take 3-4 weeks after the Biometrics appt so hang in there!

Congrats to all the folks who've received their interview appointment and/or the EAD production notice!!!! I've been in "Testing and Interview" for almost three weeks now but still no date yet. I try to keep myself from checking for updates but it seems like impatience is getting the better of me. :clock::clock::clock: Anyway, I'm hoping for a miracle soon. Good luck to the rest of you folks who're anxiously waiting like me. :)

Just wanted to update our case. We had our interview on June 5. Everything seemed good, but we hadn't heard anything until today. USCIS updated the site to show our card was in the mail Tracking at USPS shows it is scheduled to arrive on June 14. Looks like the greencard beat the EAD. Hope you all get through the process smoothly and quickly.

I hope the time to get an RFE is past!

I wouldn't worry about the RFE too much. You can get one anytime, even up to and after the interview if they notice something isn't there that they want to see, but even if they do send you an RFE at some point, it's generally a sign that you fill the requirement and you get approved, so I always try to look at it as a good thing (even if it does delay things by a few weeks).

4/22/18: received by uscis

4/29/14: received receipts for I-485, I-797C, I-130, and I-131 in mail

5/2/14: biometrics notice in mail for 5/29/14

5/6/14: early biometrics walk-in successful

5/22/14: I-485 status changed to "testing & scheduling", all other still in initial review

5/29/14: status on I-485 was updated, but nothing new, same message as of 5/22
