August 2007: Met husband

September 2007: Officially started dating

December 2008: Married

September 2009: welcomed our first son

October 2010: welcomed our second son

March 2014: husband became a US citizen

April 12th 2014: sent My AOS packet

April 14th 2014: AOS packet delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

April 24th 2014: received NOAs for I-130,I-765, I-485

April 26th 2014: received biometrics notice for 05-13-2014

May 13th 2014: Biometrics completed succesfully

Has anyone that had their biometrics earlier this month heard anything from the interview date?

Nooo :(.. but then again I just did my biometrics on the 7th.

April 5th, 2014 [Day 00]: Mailed AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-765)

April 7th, 2014 [Day 02]: Delivered at Chicago Lockbox

April 14th, 2014 [Day 09]: Email and text receipt notification

April 18th, 2014 [Day 13]: Received biometrics appointment letter (scheduled for May 7th)

May 7th, 2014 [Day 32]: Biometrics completed successfully

May 19th, 2014 [Day 44]: Application updated to interview and testing

May 24th, 2014 [Day 49]: Interview date and time letter received in the mail (scheduled for July 10th)

June 20th, 2014 [Day 76]: Received text/e-mail notice that USPS picked up my EAD

June 23rd, 2014 [Day 79]: Received EAD in mail

July 10th, 2014 [Day 96]: AOS interview. Approved on the spot! :D

But I believe looking at some timelines from March filers that we can reasonably expect something 2-3 weeks after biometrics.

K-1:

I-129F Sent : 2013-10-31, I-129F NOA1 : 2013-11-05

I-129F NOA2 : 2013-11-20, NVC Received : 2013-12-09

Consulate Received: 2013-12-13, Packet 3 Received : 2013-12-23

Medical: 2013-01-13, Interview Date : 2014-01-21

Interview Result : Approved luv.gif , POE: 2014-03-27 (SFO)

Wedding: 2014-03-28 :luv:

SSN Applied for: 2014-04-09, SSN Recieved: 2014-04-16

AOS/EAD/AP:

Date Filed : 2014-04-04, NOA1: 2014-04-07

Bio Appt: 2014-05-05, Testing&Interview Status: 2014-05-13

But I believe looking at some timelines from March filers that we can reasonably expect something 2-3 weeks after biometrics.

From my research on immigration timeline, AOS from K1 mostly get interview waiver notice (at least 6 weeks after biometrics) and may get approved far behind AOS from other visa who has an interview. It seems like having interview make you get GC faster.

Anyway wish you luck. I did fingerprint on 6th May and noting update till now.

04/08/14 - Fingerprint fee accepted

04/09/14 - USCIS Noa1 notice date and check cashed next day

04/11/14 - Got text/e-mail notification for I-485, I-131 and I-765 at 1:09 a.m. & check cleared in the morning

05/06/14 - Fingerprint done

06/12/14 - EAD card production date & AP approval date

06/20/14 - Received EAD/AP Combo card in hand + text/email notice for delivery status :lol:

07/14/14 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver case dated 07/10/14

03/18/15 - Requested help from Ombudsman
