By The Way everyone the Reason the the I-485 and I-130 say Accepted and the I-765 says initial review is because they have to make a decision on that first since they have a 90 day timeline for that. I had my biometrics appointment yesterday, it was fairly quick and painless but I just wanted to remind those who filed in their married name to take a copy of your marriage certificate with you unless you already have an ID in your married name. I didn't think of that but I thankfully have a military ID so it was okay for me but I did see other people who forgot theirs.

For all I know, RFE's can happen any time, even after the interview. But of course, the faster the process is, the less are the chances of a RFE at this point.

I still don't have any changes on my

I765,I131,I130

They all remain in INITIAL INTERVIEW .

But my I485 is in TESTING AND INTERVIEW

My sister mention how in her case she got the interview and her green card before her work permit arrived and at that point it didn't matter because you can walk to the SSagency and get your social security and it won't have the (work only ) statement in the card.

I know the i485 is the most important form but I would still appreciate to get anything soon ??

when did you file your petitions? Both I765,I131 will usually take up to 90 days, after you completed your biometrics.

From what I've read so far, there's no 1 way how USCIS process everyone's applications, it differs case by case, country by country.

thanks! how did your biometric appointment go? i mentioned it was on May-5.

Completed Biometrics in San Jose, as per original appointment date. It was very painless and simple. It took longer to fill out the form than the actual biometrics took, haha. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Waiting room has max occupancy of 102 and there were probably only 7 people in there, including two or 3 spouses of the applicants. Waiting game begins again!
