How to make a filipino-American stay longer in the Philippines?

Any particular visa? He's a US Passport holder

AOS

7-25-2014 - Sent off the packet I-485 && I-765

7-29-2014 - Recieved NOA's

8-25-2014 - Appointment letter Received (Biometrics) Dated for 8/29/14

8-27-2014 - Early Walk-in SUCCESSFUL!

10-3-2014 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION!!

10-9-2014 - EAD has been Mailed - IN TRANSIT!

10-11-2014 - EAD Received!! :)

Filipino - American gets Balikbayan stamp(valid 1 year) upon arrival in the Philippines as long as your US passport says that you were born in the Philippines.

If you want longer, apply for dual citizenship at your nearest Philippines Consulate.

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

I tried to open the Link you sent me but that was all about US Citizen

Married to a Filipina.. This case is his mom is filipina and Father is

American-Italian..

He wanted to stay in The Philippines longer to study.

He wanted to stay in The Philippines longer to study.

He's still eligible to file for dual citizenship, just tell him to apply at a nearest Philippines consulate. He just needs his mom 's NSO birth certificate (as a Filipino) and his birth certificate showing the name of his mom and fill up the application.

When he's dual, He can stay forever in the Philippines with no fees and can come back in US anytime too. He will have both US & Philippines passport.
