can permanent Residents bring their married or unmarried son to USA? if yes how long does it takes ?

i have one more question : can A US citizen apply for brother and sister ? how long it takes to bring them ?

A greencard holder can only bring unmarried children. For someone from your country, it would take about 7.5 years right now (of course that can go up and down).

Yes, a US citizen can petition for siblings; it takes about 14 years.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

For an LPR to bring their children, I would suggest reading this: http://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-through-family/green-card-family-member-permanent-resident.

I had the same question (2nd one) recently and really got great information. Yes a USC can apply for their siblings regardless of their marital condition or age. And yes the duration is similar to what Penguin_ie mentioned. Somewhat 12-15 years depending on how smoothly you provide required document on time and when needed.
