Hi guys ..as usuall VJ is the Place i always go to whenever I need help ..So Thank ou all VJ memeber for the advices ou have given me through my Journey so far..

Ihave a question we filled yesterday the I-864 form and I wanna know If I should notoize it or not??

Also I am going to get a State ID with my married name and put a copy of it with the papers of AOS as I filled all the forms with my married name and I have nothing in my married name at all !!!he only prove i have is my marriage certificate and it's in my maiden name too!!

hi no you dont need to notarized the I-864 i sent mine only with copies of my tree recent taxes, and also sent some paystubs. good luck

The correct version of the I864 has no place for notarization. If you are using a version that does, you have filled out the wrong form.

You don't send proof of the bonafides of your marriage when filing. You produce that at the interview.
