Hi,

My I130 - petition for my parents has been approved (2 separate notices, 1 for my mom, 1 for my dad).

My question is: when I file I-864 for my parents, do I need 2 applications for each parent? or only 1 for both parents?

Thank you.

Did the NVC already give your parents, visas? Just want to make sure I am not missing any steps, our I-130 was approved a long time ago, but still waiting for the NVC to contact the consulate in my stepson's home country for his interview.

No sense in applying for AOS until this is done, least I think so.
