case complete in april, interview date set for sept. 11. priority date nov 13 2012.

is it still possible to expedite in this stage? I thought to expedite even during uscis stage but I didn't know. Just wanted to do it now and bec I did not expect it would take so long. The beneficiar

Greeting VJ , April is here now ! A new thread for fellow case April completed peeps should starting now !

Well , my case was completed on March 19th per phone inquiry and March 22nd per cc email. I'm here because my embassy slots for April and May are full so i'm waiting for June Interview.

Some facts :

-Case completed email does not come with any checklists , cover sheets , etc.. it's pre-case complete and you should wait for the last cc email .

-So you received your pre-case completed email ( with checklists , cover sheets...etc ) in March , and last CC email in April then you probably wait for June interview , the priority will given to those whose case is completed earlier than 20th of the month

*Note : if you are march case completed , please refer to PatchSC's thread ! This thread intend for April case completed and March case completed but JUNE interview

hey u saw my email contained a checklist so is that not a CC? :( or am i yet to recieve another email?

Ours will come soon now......its atleast moving instead of being 0 day movement. So think tjis way,n we will hit it soon.

I guess now they know actuall demand and allotment of visa we would not see big Swing in PD movement.It would be generally between 3 to 6 week steady movement.I guess once we approach september 2013 in PD it will slow down as application seems to be more during that time frame.

Anybody in march 2013 got I/L.My prediction for this month is 1 march 2013 or 8 March 2013.

Also i had question home many months before your file going to be current NVC sent AOS bill pay notification

My File info is as below.

I-130 :Sent 12 Feb14

PD:18 Feb 2014...

Case is not approved yet as still processing september 1-130.

I just looked at CEAC to make sure everything is ok, and it says READY but the last status updated on 26th Sept. but now it changed to 1st Oct. I haven't received any emails or anything from the Embassy today. Could it be the file was looked at today to see what is needed or what the officer needs to question me on???.
