Did u call NVC? Ur PD is with 2012 date right? NVC always,know about VB in advance n before its official release. Thts why only it has not schedule all of us last month even though VB was not released. If u call...please update it here too.

tried to call... same response. no interview date yet... then i asked if he has any idea about july vb , told me , we're still in may . how come i ask about july ... sigh ... :( ...btw, pd of dec 2011 from phils still waiting for il .

hi guys, I am in f2b category my pd is Aug 2009. I have paid all fees to nvc and have already mailed my civil documents (without aos) to them on Feb 28 and they reviewed and sent me a checklist for aos. I have submitted my petitioner's (dad) and the joint aos to nvc which they received on May 14. now my question is...

when will they finish with the review,

..... when is it likely to get an IL and

what month will I be interviewed???

pls help with ur predictions or facts (feedback).

hi guys, I am in f2b category my pd is Aug 2009. Sir , Your PD is not current...therefore you'll have to wait till it become current ( currently the PD is 2007 ) , so all you got to do is keep waiting and response back to any checklists from NVC.

Normally after submit AoS and IV Docs it take 1-2months to finish review.

It will take 20-30 business days for NVC to review your AOS docs.

Interview letters are given every end of the month up to first week of the next month so you'll have to wait during those period.
