I already asked, but the people I talked to doesn't seem to know the answer and they just gave me an email add and phone number to send my queries. I already called but can't get through the line, I also sent emails, i just don't know when are they going to reply. I am still hoping they will consider my minor kid since he is just my derivative and my visa is on hand already, i checked my ceac status and it indicates as ISSUED. Hoping for a miracle.

I don't think you will have any issue since he was added to your petition, and you already have your visa. Good luck and best wishes to you with your son's case!

hey guys i just got a check list agghhh for total income, i paid to have it done and they messed up.

anyways im correcting it now and sending it today. hey on part 9, the preparer, do i sign it myself since i am the preparer now?

and do i have to fill a whole new affidavit or just switch the mistakes part and thats it? obviously sign it and all again

We all need to wait for visa bulletin forward movement to 2013.

My case is completed since 26 March n i was waiting for interview schedule but this retro has messed up everything.

Cc april 16 since den bin calling nvc everyday and even d embassy in manila...but now bcoz of dat R its waiting game again...didnt work today and yesterday went home early....jaz had a long talk wid my wife wid my tuddy and blu moon bside me...i know and i beliv dat ders a purpose on dis R lets jaz move on and dont give up on praying and supporting each other...it rili hurts but life must go on...my kids misses der mom so much...
