is it still possible to expedite in this stage? I thought to expedite even during uscis stage but I didn't know. Just wanted to do it now and bec I did not expect it would take so long. The beneficiar

I wanna cry....even though I don't fully understand what this means :(

It means they TOTALLY screwed us big time!! It went back a year for me, too far back, I don't know what we are going to do now, I'm beyond depressed.

05/16/2013: NOA1 (Priority Date)
09/06/2013: Transfer to Nebraska notice
12/11/2013: NOA2
12/12/2013: Case shipped to DoS

NVC Stage
01/07/2014: NVC received case
02/06/2014: Received case number and IIN
02/10/2014: DS-261 generated and filled
02/11/2014: AOS fee bill generated and paid
02/13/2014: AOS sent

What did I tell you... NVC totally screwed us all and even lied to me this week that they were basing scheduling off May Bulletin.

They didn't even schedule an interview before the bulletin to give us a chance to speak to the embassy to ramp up the interview date.

Hi Guys, I have been following you for a while now but just signed up with JV... I called NVC and representative said even though June VB has retrogressed :crying: they will follow the May VB till end of month so if any Interview dates open up at my embassy(Accra, Ghana) i can be scheduled for it. :wow:

so lets hope its true and not just false info...
