i dont want to be negatve... just thinking if still no il for me, meaning new cut off date is earlier than my pd... im expecting retro in july, but not in june.... lets all pray that we can all receive good news...

my pd is May 16 2013. My wife just send Aos yesterday n they got it today. CC frens can u guys plz help me by saying how much time they wil take to review it n when can i join in CC list frm todays date? When wil my case gets transfer to my country Nepal?

It will take 20-30 business days for NVC to review your AOS package.

Thnx for ur reply. Actually m in Nepal. My wife filed for me. I dnt hav any idea abt IV package. What that means can u plz explain me if u dnt mind? I only know that she hav send AOS package n they got yesterday bt dnt know abt IV package.

Im starting to loose hope and thinking about my oldest brother, he will be 21 years old on 1/12/2015 if we dont get interview before then does this means my mom (lpr) will have to petition for him again? Or will his age freeze?

AirForceWife, try to call the NVC, and explain that your beneficiary is turning 21, and you would like to expedite. They will then tell you to write an email with topic name ATTN: supervisor etc. Try to talk to supervisor. Hope it helps.

5-7 days to go till new VB coming out......we will get IL once VB is out provided there are no retrogression, NVC are waiting for June VB before scheduling our interview hence only 2011 folks are getting it.
