is it still possible to expedite in this stage? I thought to expedite even during uscis stage but I didn't know. Just wanted to do it now and bec I did not expect it would take so long. The beneficiar

So looks like NVC is giving us false hopes again and screwing us with these long delayed scheduling.... Even if they are scheduling, there is a 50/50 chance it will retrogress.

Mr. Charlie Oppenheim (CO), Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division at the U.S. Department of State spoke to AILA members about latest visa demand and his predictions for the upcoming visa bulletin movement.

F2A All Countries:

  • Demand is starting to catch up. F2A Mexico will retrogress soon and more than the ROW reported dates. It appears that the F2A ROW category will also retrogress, perhaps back to 2012 in the June or July Visa Bulletin.

If its 50/50, Im sure we are going to get screwed.... like how we got screwed by the slackers at USCIS and now NVC taking their sweet time :ranting::ranting::ranting:
