April Case Complete waiting for IL

CC 03/10, called nvc last night and was told no available slots for May bec of gazillion visa applicants for that month. Probably I will be scheduled for June. Yea, bec they have been focusing to the first preference category. As far as I know, only one F2A applicant was given an appointment last week, her cc date was 02/22 for interview on 05/22 then it just stopped there. So weird, one F2A applicant per month? ughhh

Mine completed since 28 feb ( receive email ) but have not received any email for ILs

is it still possible to expedite in this stage? I thought to expedite even during uscis stage but I didn't know. Just wanted to do it now and bec I did not expect it would take so long. The beneficiary lives in the area affected by typhoon haiyan.

Wait for the end of this month and get Interview letter , you're in IR1 category thing should go faster !

VB is out May still Sep 2013 but they expect retro next months

I called today andwhen I asked if they got may interviews for my embassy they said we r still waiting from them what dose it mean ?!

I think they haven't delivered their available slots to NVC so NVC can't schedule an appointment.

When I called, I asked the useless NVC operator for more details whether other applications are getting appointments with X Embassy and everytime I call (different operator), I get "We cant predict when you will get the IL, we will email you when we do".

I find it quite appalling that they can't giving priority for people whose case was completed from February onwards... now they might face retrogression in June.

We are thinking about calling the embassy themselves to get more color there.

I think it depends on your local embassy. If they aren't too busy you will get it soon like May or June.

For me case complete since march and now receive IL scheduled for may interview.

April "case complete" people -- lets update each other more often, and share our predictions about IL, because it will help to kill the waiting time!!!

Time is going by so slow this month! I can't stop checking my email...hmmm every hour???

Still haven't got any IL , I'm sure at the end of the month if not this week.

The thing i worry the most is June's VB , we all don't know it yet nor can we predict it , RETROGRESSION is a nightmare for F2A.
