Its so unfair....i've been waitung since more than 5 weeks after cc n still its same. So unfair, unjustice.....just getting out of mibd now. How much to keep patience?

Please help

I have a friend who petitioned for her kids when she was LPR, Her kids were older than 21 years old at the time.

She became a citizen last year (10/2013)both of her daughters have kids now. Case complete 1/30/2014, pd 5/27/2007. After submitting citizenship certificate she received a letter stating that visas were available for her daughters from nvc. Now after case being completed she was told that they are waiting on visas to become available before interview date per nvc. Dominican republic embassy

She is confused and doesnt know what to do..

After 5 days, they replied that it's under review. But the final approved email I received just now. You will get your IL soon, i feel that they are working on it right now!!!

After 5 days, they replied that it's under review. But the final approved email I received just now. You will get your IL soon, i feel that they are working on it right now!!!

Of course I don't mind. It was medical reason, and they approved it. I didn't expect it really! Hope you'll receive your IL shortly after!!!
