Sorry guys i asked this in the nvc thread but wasn't answered. Will be grateful if someone can verify this.

I'm having a bit of a confusion now. According to my dad's lawyers everything was sent on march 15. I've spent a good three weeks calling nvc and they still having received my AOS /IV etc. today after speaking to nvc I checked online to find out the ds 260 hasn't been submitted. Is there a case or any exception of the ds 260 not being filled/submitted online? I mean I can fill and submit it myself but need to know if there's any other option.

Lastly how long after receipt of IV/AOS packages by NVC is it logged into their systems?

No fill it out online NOW. Bring the confirmation receipt to interview.

They say 30days to review but its about 20 now.

For both if sent in together maybe under 30 days both will be reviewed and you may get case complete. The only way to know is to call. Your lawyer will not call (lawyers rarely if ever call NVC).

Sorry they didn't do what you paid them for. You should request your money back this is a delay now of weeks for you.
