Spoke with an atty and he took my wife's A # and will check for me whether USCIS has prevoiusly issued a "Removal Order" (for failing to apply to Remove Conditions) and will let me know....if that is the case then he says it has to go through the Immig courts to sort that out first, so does anyone know anything about this?

He also mentioned that if no "Removal Order" then one of the options would be to file I-751 to Remove Conditions from abroad......does anyone know anything about this, if this can be done? Wonder what process would be, would they set up the interview with both of us over there in Amman ambassy?

Any ideas?

Thanks!
