Do we have to make 3 different cover letters for everything we apply for (AOS, application for employment authorization and travel document) or is one enough?

Can we just mail one single check with the 1,070 USD?

Are there any sample cover letters that can be found on here?

I remember we used the sample for our K1 but for some reason I can't seem to be able to find one for AOSers.

Where do I find my I-693 document? I have a big envelope with me, which has some paper in it and the CD with my chest x-rays. People at POE said they didn't care for it, but took my other envelope. I wonder if the envelope with my medical stuff is mine to keep or what... At the time of my medical interview the doctor said all my vaccines were up to date so I wonder if I now have any papers in that envelope saying I technically don't need another medical examination -at least as far as I know.

One cover letter.

Yes $1070.

There are samples around.

I-693 is a form filled out by a civil surgeon doctor in the US. If your medical and vaccines were complete then you do not need a I-693.

They should have taken the Do Not Open envelope at POE. The one you have is a different one? (the one they need doesn't have the xray in it so I am guessing so.)

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I had a yellow one with the DO NOT OPEN sign on it, which was taken at POE. I'm guessing that one had my documents in it. They took it, put the entry stamp on my passport and told me I was done with my secondary inspection.

On the day of the interview (before obtaining the visa) I was given another one, which has my chest x-rays, some paper with my vaccine records (I think) and the receipt for my medical. They allowed me to remove the receipt from it and then told me to seal it. Customs weren't interested in it and handed it back to me, I guess I can keep that one.

So I'm guessing if I don't have an I-693 I don't have to send anything to prove I had my medical examination done then...

You can open your envelope and see what your medical says. You are looking for something that says "eligible for blanket waiver" checked.

You could just do nothing and see it if gets accepted. If not, then you respond to an RFE with a vaccine supplement on a I-693. Or, you could try to check your medical and see if it is complete.
