can any one tell me where i could find a OF-169 that is fillable on the internet[/siz

Here is a link to Packet 3 at the Guangzhou consulate website. http://guangzhou.usconsulate.gov/visa_packet_forms.html

The OF-169 looks like it is scanned and converted to PDF. It isn't fillable though.

OF-169 is the visa application instructions and checklist of items requiring documentation. It contains a statement of readiness for the interview that needs to be signed by the visa applicant, hardly enough information asked for to make it worth the effort to create a fillable form of it.
