Has the MRV fee already been paid in the original fees?

I'm trying to schedule my interview appointment, and one has finally come available. It is first asking me to pay the MRV fee of $240, and we already paid fees of $370, was the MRV part of that, or do I have to pay another $240 now? Of course there is no info about this on their site, they just warn you in red letters not to pay twice, but there is no way to check on the site or to bypass this payment, so I am guessing it's something I need to pay. We thought all fees were paid up.

If anyone has insight into the MRV fee, let me know ...

You should have paid the $340 for filing originally....the $240 is for the fiance abroad to pay (visa fee). What is this $370 you paid for?
