Now what they are looking ? I have sent AOS form ( I-864 From Petitioner & I-864A from Joint Sponsor ) with all Tax return and related documents

Then why they are asking for AOS form again ?

Is it false check list while i conformed that they had received my both packet ( IV & AOS ) on 20 March by call

OR They missed my Whole AOS packet ???

Even if you sent it before, if they're asking for it I would send it again.

yes because NVC confirmed me that they had received 2 packets ( IV AND AOS ) on 20 & 21 March respectively & i think they just reviewed my DS-260 and IV packet documents...but not AOS

Am i right ????

Yes that's right. :) Do not send the AOS package again. You likely will also get a false checklist for the IV docs or DS-260 when they review your AOS package. :) After that happens, start calling once a day to see when you get your case complete. :D

Yes but why they generate frequently check-list while for my understanding and Operator confirmation they had entered both packet documents in their system ?

Do you have any idea ?

If you're using the shortcuts, requests for things you've already sent are the evidence the shortcuts are working. If you're still concerned, I would call them and verify they received but have not yet reviewed the AOS package. Often the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
